Academic Year: 2025-2026 Dear Parents/Guardians, Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. At One Christian Academy, we are dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education that fosters spiritual growth and individualized learning in a loving and safe environment. Our school strives for excellent education that meets each student’s needs. Learning and growing take place every day in every class through engaging and individualized learning experiences. To help us plan for the upcoming academic year, we kindly request you to complete and return this re-enrollment form by March 31st. Accurately completing this form and submitting the required deposit will greatly assist us in planning for next year’s classes and teachers. If your family’s plans have changed and you will not be returning, please complete the Withdrawal Notice section to assist us in planning for the upcoming year. Please note that if no form is received by the deadline, your child will be considered as continuing to attend One Christian Academy for the next school year.
