Admissions Process

We’re excited to meet your family. OCA serves K–8. Please complete each step below to begin the admissions process.

  1. 1Online Application & Application Fee

    Complete the online application and submit the non-refundable $100 application fee to begin the admissions review process.

    The application fee may be paid through the Application Fee button below, which will take you to our giving page. You may use any payment method listed there.

    In the memo section, please write: Application Fee – [Child’s Name]

  2. 2Submit Required Forms & Documents

    Please complete the linked forms below or submit documents by email to info@njoca.org.

    When submitting by email, please write your child’s name in the subject line.

  3. 3Student Visit & Family Meeting

    Once all documents are received, we schedule a family meeting. Your child and parents/guardians will meet with our team for an age-appropriate interview and, when possible, a short classroom visit.

  4. 4Review & Notification

    Our team prayerfully reviews the application, recommendations, and visit. We then notify you of the decision by email or phone.

    Policy: If a student is not admitted, the school does not provide an explanation of the decision. All application materials are confidential and not returned.

  5. 5Enrollment

    Upon acceptance, you’ll receive an enrollment packet with forms, key dates, and next steps to secure your child’s seat.
