Admissions Process

  1. Complete the Online Application
    Submit the Online application Form for each child applying to One Christian Academy.

  2.  Submit the Non-Refundable $100 Application Fee

    Please submit the non-refundable $100 application fee with your online application. Payment options:

    • Zelle: Use the number 201-800-3401.

    • Check: Make payable to One Christian Academy and mail to: One Christian Academy 191 Walnut Street Northvale, NJ 07647

  3. Submit Supplementary Documents
    Ensure the following forms are completed and submitted:

    • Teacher Recommendation Form:
      Parents can either:

    • Pastor’s Form:
      Similar to the Teacher Recommendation, parents can:

      • Share the Pastor’s Form link directly with their pastor.

      • Provide the pastor's name and email address to OCA Admissions, and the school will send the form directly.

    • Student Transcript:
      Request your child’s current school to send the most recent transcript via:

Once the school has received all documents, forms and fees, One Christian Academy representative will contact you to schedule a student interview. The interview will be conducted to assist the school in determining the following:

  • The family's commitment to serving Jesus Christ, especially in education

  • Parental support for school policies and student accountability

After the interview, all records and a summary will be reviewed by the appropriate administrator. If the student meets all admissions criteria, parents will be notified of the decision.
