Application & Enrollment

  • Application fee: non-refundable; submit with your application.
  • First month’s tuition: due by August 21. Once paid, your student’s seat is secured for the year.
  • Re-enrollment priority for current families through March 1.

Payment Options

  • Annual (one payment) — due by August 21.
  • Semi-annual (two payments) — due August 21 and January 21.
  • Monthly plan — 10 payments August–May, each due by 21st of the month.

Invoices are issued ahead of each due date.

Technology & Devices

We use technology wisely and sparingly to protect focus, character, and healthy habits.

  • Grades 3–8: Bring-Your-Own Mac laptop required. Teachers can view student screens in real time and display work for feedback.
  • Grades K–2: No personal laptops required. School devices are used occasionally to support or enrich learning.
  • Phones & game devices: Not permitted during the school day.
  • Purchase & loaners: OCA can share a discount link on request; limited loaners available for a monthly fee.
Digital Responsibility & Safety Agreement School Forms & Links

All families must review and sign the Digital Responsibility & Safety Agreement annually.

Tuition covers core academics and school-day learning. The items below may involve separate or occasional costs.

  • Bring lunch from home, or order from an outside vendor online.
  • Families may also pre-book lunch directly with OCA in advance.

Field Trips & Special Materials

  • Most classroom materials are provided.
  • Some field trips, special lab supplies, or event fees may be billed when scheduled (families notified in advance).
Optional

After-School & Enrichment

  • Golf, voice, choir, musical instruments, math, and more—run by OCA or vetted partners.
  • Programs are optional and priced per offering; schedules vary by term.

What secures my child’s seat?A $500 deposit secures your student’s seat for the year.
What are the payment options?You may choose Annual (Aug 21), Semi-annual (Aug 21 & Jan 21), or a Monthly plan (10 payments, Aug–May), each due by 21st of the month.
Do you offer financial aid or discounts?Yes. OCA offers several discounts and need-based aid:
  • Discounts: Pastor’s discount, Employee discount, and Sibling discount.
  • Need-based Financial Aid: Available for families who qualify after a financial evaluation and a family interview, with careful consideration of overall need.

How does OCA’s calendar work?OCA follows a school-year calendar with shorter breaks and teacher-led intersessions. Many families have asked about continuing that connection through the summer, with teachers who already know their children — we’re exploring how to make that possible for future summers.
